Briarcliffe Credit Partners Served as North American Placement Agent to Searchlight Capital Partners on Searchlight Opportunities Fund II

Searchlight Capital Partners (“Searchlight”), a leading global private investment firm with $12 billion in assets under management, held the final close of its Searchlight Opportunities Fund II (the “Fund”) on February 17, 2023, with approximately $740 million of committed capital.

The Fund has a flexible mandate with a focus on catalyst-driven corporate credit situations, as well as dislocations in sectors where Searchlight has expertise. The strategy allows Searchlight’s credit funds to consistently deploy capital at attractive returns irrespective of the macro environment.
